Aside from Dick's, Thunderbolt?!! Why does Remington still bother to even make that shit. It's a wast of a factory and equipment. Retool the machinery to make some quality .22 LR that people want. Nobody wants that shit at any price.Give a man fire, and he stays warm for one night. Set a man on fire, and he stays warm for the rest of his life.

I don't stock much of it but I had a few bricks from the last ammo scare because that's all I could find at the time. It's far from the best ammo I'm sure. But I burned up most of them already and for plinking they ain't half bad. In the 3 bricks I shot I had maybe 10 not go bang. And it was plenty accurate for plinking steel spinners. But I agree that 35 plus tax brings it to 8-9 cents a round. I put it out there cuz some half way decent 22 is better than no 22 to those that don't got any.

perhaps the dirtiest 22lr ammo is the remmington ammo. but i still buy it because i can find it for cheap.
i remmember i before 2012 i used to buy CCI blazer box of 500 for $20 and thought i was spending the big bucks on ammo lol. still have one box left that i do not have the heart to open from back then haha
