    Yep. Shot a bunch of panels(Second Chance, ABA, PACA IIA) with 96-2003 manufacture dates with Speer GDHP 9mm 124+P, 115gr 9mm ball, .38 Nyclad, 9mm HydroShok, GDHP 90gr .380 with no penetrations.

      Its level 3 for $200, its a fair price, Should never use a steel trauma plate but should use the soft trauma plate

        I ordered from them, got my item in less than two weeks.
        NRA, NYSRPA, GOA, NYSFA, SCOPE, SAFE, FOP Lodge 124, AOH Div 7.

          I have 2 carriers setup with ar500 3+ plates. One has side plates, other is just front and back

          nothing wrong with having some laying around

            I have that setup from them...its heavy and the carrier not really designed to be an emergency throw on. It does the job but I wouldn't want to wear it for an extended period of time.

            I also got mine from them in about a week from the time I ordered it.
