Do both parties need to be there for a transfer? I have a lot of stuff I want to sell but don't really want to work on others schedule. If I sell my straight pull FAL can I just drip it off at an FFL the same day as the person picks it up? Any paperwork on my end?

Some FFLS will let you do that others won't.

Not that it matters but do they do a background check when you get rid of a gun. If they do the irony is to much.
