New section of Green Acres. Also Walmart in Massapequa will become a single level Dick's and a Dave and Busters. The old Sears in Bayshore will be a two level Dick's. Construction has started on all three but they probably won't be open in 2016.

Well, good news about Massapequa. Knowing the area, I doubt they'll carry firearms there, however. I do miss D&B.
