Help...looking for a barrel....

I'm having trouble finding a barrel for a build for my younger son (it'll be his first & we're going to build it together).

I'm looking for a 5.56 barrel, 16", carbine, with a target crown. I'm not looking to break the bank.

Anyone seen any local or online?
