    The DHS says we can be attacked at any time

    Does that mean the SCPD will drop the restrictions on the sportsman license upon request?

        DHS... Of course they'd say that. We give them $65billion dollars a year to "protect us".

            SCPD & NCPD will remove the restrictions with the right amount of public pressure...the question is how bad do we want it?
