Bad experience with them. THEY cancelled an order and charged me 6% for cancelling, saying that is their cost of reversing the transaction. arguing and arguing and finally said fuck it.

I've only dealt with them once... bought my VP9 from them at the end of 2014... very smooth transaction, but thanks for the heads up!

Don't give up, Buds tried that on me until I suggested that I will go ballistic on the Internet with bad press. Try again or call your CC company .

Call CC company. Thats going going to be hard for them to justify to their CC processor.

I would def. call the CC company. There is no way they can charge you if they initiated the cancelation.
