I'm OK talking about guns with my doctor, at the range. Anywhere else it's no one's business!

Ask the Dr a rebuttal question. Such as what's their partners favorite sex position? Does she or he swallow? Do they role play? See how they answer you.

I talk about guns with my doctor, I also talk about Lacrosse. He has a concealed Carry Permit and used to shoot competitive skeet, he also played Lacrosse for Syracuse. If he was asking me about my mental health as pertaining to Firearms I would get a new doctor ( but my doctor is really cool so I am happy with him)

My old Doc took an early retirement last year...it was the final straw for her & her husband (also a Doc) when they decided to get pistol licenses here & found out how long the wait was & all the hoops needed to jump through. They've since moved to Texas, where, from what I've been told, they are enjoying their freedom.

My father was a doctor who practiced in our basement. He was never shy to his patients that he was a gun owner. He always had his 38 on him while working and deer heads and American Rifle magazines in the waiting room

Last time I saw my doc he inquired about the Ruger shirt I was wearing. He asked if I was a shooter & I said yep. He then proceeded to pull out his CCW license. So I had to show him my NY & non-res PA. We spent more time talking guns than about my ailment.
