Maybe they're looking to limit attendance?

I'm not in tune with all the going ons as far as attendance but this could very well be a pre sold event that you needed tickets to ahead of time. although the museum is privately owned, the field they use is county owned and inside the village restoration property so the county makes the rules for attendance, not the museum..

I called twice. Got an answering machine. I left a message with return phone number. So far nothing.

Don't judge too strongly, but museum is mighty proud of their “Tiger”.

Thanks. If they are limiting attendance... are they also limiting participants?

Yes they are. They said NO to a kids dance group, this year.

Was it built on a T-34 chassis?

Even better! They butchered a less historically significant specimen.

It's a great event. I won't be doing mask any more, but if you haven't gone, it's good fun.

Any updates to this now that Scamdemic restrictions have been dropped?

There seems to be a disconnect in all this. Especially in light of dropped restrictions by FUAC, of all people, and the abundance of fresh air outdoors.

I agree, but this is in the mighty hands of Suffolk County. When they going to update their policy then museum follows

So far the site still has the advance ticket set up. And you have to specify which day and which of two available time slots.
