Need one 7mm case and one Hornady 180gn ELD-M bullet

I am trying to figure out if a 7MM PRC cartridge with the bullet seated .020 off the lands will magazine-feed in a Ruger American Predator 300 PRC rifle -- without buying the rifle and the components.

I can do this if someone will sell me one 7MM or .28 long-action case (any caliber) and one Hornady 180gn ELD-M bullet -- using a Hornady comparator and the SAAMI specs,

Would a. .270 Win case work? Not exactly. 280 but at. 277 pretty close.

Do you need help drilling and threading the case for the comparator? I have done it for a number of calibers.
