Nice find. I have a few of these. They run good, even with .300 Blackout.

Why wait? With AIM free ship, less than $12 more.

A full auto BCG is beefier and a different profile. For over-gassed guns (as many commercial ARs can be) the extra mass helps. Some believe a cutout carrier can be hard on the firing pin, so they prefer them (opinions vary).

obviously the bolt carrier won't effect the ability for full auto, as the sear is in the lower.

Yes AIM has nitride BCG for $99 shipped. Those are nice and a long running good deal. They are also different.

Thanks for the lesson destro, i never knew the difference. I have a NiB bcg from psa, and a black nitride from aim, bot great quality, properly staked, and have no isses.

So I just started compiling my parts for a build. Got my lower, think I picked my receiver group. Was debating on a complete upper. Would that come with bcg or should I jump on one of these. Yes very green to the AR, son has one he bought complete figured I would learn and put together. Just want to shoot down range and occasional zombie should need arise.

if you buy a complete upper it can come with the bcg, sometimes they sell them w/o. what comes w/ it will be more than fine for the avg. shooter

you can check out deals on midway or get a made to order from a place like jse surplus, which was always good to me
