Bear creek QC is questionable. I’ve heard some bad reviews from people I converse with and I wouldn’t buy any of their stuff.

I’ve heard mixed reviews as well, but they at least guarantee their stuff for life.

I’ve had a few QC goofs from Anderson too, and most people love them. I’ll continue to use them because their CS is very good. I’ve seen on teh webz that BCA’s CS is also very accommodating.

              Your point?

Apparently this sale is still going on. Last night there was a countdown timer, but the only thing that's changed since then is that the timer is now gone.

Poor quality control doesn't mean you can't get a good part at an excellent price. It just means that your might waste a little money.an

For a budget build, BCA is perfect. Especially if they guarantee it for life.

It’s a guaranteed piece of shit.

But that’s just like my opinion man.

                    FF to 7:15 to see a BCA barrel w/good 77gr ammo. Mentions it's a BCA at 10:20.

Avoid BCA there QC/QA is spotty at best. A budget build should be “best value & best price” not “cheapest price”...buyer beware!

I think it's clear from the post above yours that the BCA barrel might be the "best value & best price", although it there are QC issues, he might have just gotten a good one.

Almost two years ago, I bought a (W)Horus kit from Outdoor Sports USA. IIRC, I think it was $260 or so, in hand.
                          https://outdoorsportsusa.com/AR-KITS/AR-CARBINE-KITS/AR-15-HORUS-CARBINE-KIT

I bought it, after poking around on teh webz and finding this (Eagle Lite is OSUSA's parent company):

                          image_30322.jpg

It wasn't perfect, and the Chinese stock needed a bit of tweaking, but it's worked since day one. The Chinesium handguard and sights worked,
and I'm not sure where the steel clamp-on gas block was made, but it hasn't come loose or leaked.

I'll have to look to see if I still have it's first target, but all 10 rounds of not exactly match grade brass case ammo (think it was Fed AE .223 bulk)
off elbows, no bag or rest, went into the black at 25 yards. With the Chinese open sights, and my blind ass pulling the trigger.

It was overgassed, and the Chinese buffer had a single weight. Thanks to HyFiveGuns, I got a standard buffer and made my own H buffer. https://www.kakindustry.com/buffer-weight-tungsten
                          Has run perfect since.

They've since changed the handguard, and maybe a few other little things, but they now advertise BCA barrels in their kits. I emailed them
recently to find out if the kit I bought had a Bear Creek barrel:
                          Good day,

As I receive further information on the kits and the barrels, seems like most 95% of our barrels have always came from BCA.

If you have any questions or concerns feel free to let me know.

                          Thank you,
                          Miriam
To their credit, whenever I email OSUSA's CS, they do get back to me in a timely manner.

I got pretty much what I expected and wanted, a fun little project. Would I stake my life on it? No. But for a range toy, or an extra rifle to let a noobie
get introduced to an EBR, I'm perfectly happy with it. Certainly wouldn't call it guaranteed shit.

I think Kotaboy32, in another video mentioned that BCA used to be called Moore Machine or something like that, but got their shit together, and reorganized
as Bear Creek Arsenal, and have been much improved. If you poke around YooToob, there's more than a couple of people that are happy with BCA's stuff.
