    I have one.
    Definitely an improvement over stock.
It gave a lighter crisper trigger pull.

Yes just the connector alone won't decrease the pull weight. I used this kit, it has reduced power firing pin and firing pin block Springs and an increased power trigger spring way way nicer than factory .
Look at this on eBay http://www.ebay.com/itm/361390626617

I did it recently. Brought it down about a pound and definitely made it crisper.

CommackBoy is the guy to ask. He's done plenty of them.

Glocks are perfect out of the box, people still choose to modify things.

i run ghost kits in all my glocks

In reality, the only thing a Glock needs is a new pair of sights. The plastic crap that comes with it, is just a placeholder for real sights. Everything else is optional. A 25 cent trigger job is one of the easiest things you can do. Takes about 20 min and takes most of the grittiness out of the new trigger. I install a Ghost Edge connector in all of my Glocks and those of my friends. It takes a famous Glock trigger "bump" dissapear and takes about 1 lbs of trigger weight off. Connected costs $25 and it is by far my most recommended part for a Glock. I have been getting a Glock knuckle a lot, so was thinking of undercutting of the trigger guard. Have not done that yet.
