Ian McCullum from Forgotten Weapons just posted a better video on Full30 and YouTube about the Little Tom.
It's considered the first Double Action Only pistol, mechanically it's not DA/SA.
It does not load from the top, it allowed a magazine to be ejected from the top when a fresh mag is loaded in the bottom.
I love his channel, many unusual firearms designs and history to learn about.
