Yesterday I took my new Walther PPQ .45 ACP to Mitchell Field and DAMN! The target below was 250 rounds at 75 yards! With the PPQ you don't even have to aim, you just think "bullseye" and the bullets all go in the same hole! Then, when I went to wash up in the men's room I noticed that all my hair had grown back in! Then your wife hit on me! What a gun!
Ok, actually, being a lightweight polymer 45 it had more recoil than I expected but I adjusted quickly and it wasn't bad. Just a noticeable difference at first. Functionally, I had to FTFs, something I never experienced with the 9mm version. It could have been the Fiocci ammo or the modified mags or just the fact that I gave it a cursory cleaning before first use. It happened early but stopped so I'll be watching for it to happen again. I think I just have to give is a very good cleaning an lube.
PS, it fits in my HK 45 holsters. It seems that everything fits in my HK 45 holsters.
