    Quality engraving

Is there anyone locally who does firearms engraving? I want the slide of a gun personalized.

Why would he want to decrease the value of his firearm like that?

That was just not helpful. I actually took a soldering iron and belt sander to my G19, wanted to replace Glock with Taurus or Hi Power...really anything but Glock.

Nah, I just enjoy slummin' it from time to time. Getting back to my 1990 Glock roots, from before I developed better taste and an appreciation of finer things. 😆

That Baron Technology site has some sweet engraving on it for sure.

@OP: If you remove the slide from the frame, it's no longer a "firearms engraving" issue and that opens up a lot more avenues for engraving. What process do you want to employ? (Hand engraving for deep relief is most expensive, laser for surface making is cheapest(and can be done in full grayscale with fiber laser technology) , CNC engraving or pantograph engraving is comparable in cost to laser marking,, and electrochemical etching/engraving falls somewhere in between. The process you want to use will generally drive your decision of who to farm it out to.
