The other white meat...or when is a 9mm revolver not a 9mm revolver.....

Most of you have probably never seen one of these before., Charter Arms in 9MM Federal.

NOT 9mm Luger, and NOT .327 Federal

This bad bitch is a 9mm Federal Cartridge.

Can you say: OB, SO, LEET?

Very small spring actuated fingers grab the rim of the round which is .042 smaller than the case of a 9mm Luger. Only the rim is greater.
A 9mm bullet, the same dimension as a 9mm Luger, would fit down the barrel but the case won't go in the cylinder.
It is almost identical to a .38 S&W, (not .38spl) which caused potential confusion and a dangerous situation, so it was put out of production.

So basically it’s a 38 super with a smaller rim.

I thought this was going to be a Mateba thread.
Know your rights/Refuse peacefully to consent to a search /Ask if you are free to go or are being detained/Even if you are not doing anything wrong the 4th Amendment protects you against unreasonable searches/Never say anything to law enforcement even if you think it will help you/If questioned you should clearly and unequivocally request that you would like to have an attorney present and defer any questions until then/Never go to prison because you are afraid to go to jail.

If you have the rounds, I'd love to see them in comparison.

S&W yes, Charter no. Didn't realize they'd jumped far too late like S&W did. lol
