  • Cheekrest for Savage 110 L-D

L stands for left hand model for those not aware. Stock is wood. What are my options? I found a Vooddoo Tactical on Amazon that says it works ambidextrous, but I'm unsure. Any help is appreciated

I have a Beartooth Adjustabke rise rest on my .22. I intended to use it temporarily, figure out what height I need, then order something else nicer.. It's still on there..
      Amazon sells it..

You can use a kydex riser on wood if you're up to drilling it. Kydex risers are my favorites (and you can do a lefty install)

There are also strap ons of all kinds (McFly knows about strap ons). Check midway or google them.

Was hoping for something with a pouch or shell holders. Voodoo Tactical is the only one I can find that fits my needs

Drilling is out of the question. Gun is at least 40-45 years old. Damaging that stock seems like a crime.

Try one of the staps-ons I posted. Many varieties including the Kydex one pictured on top (which I would recommend, it's versatile, sturdy and sleek). Some are ambi, some can be oriented for lefty, some have multiple elastic points of connection. There are many varieties, just do a google search and/or one of the bigger catalogs like brownells/midway even amazon.

Tac Ops Stock Pack is popular on the sniper forums. If you need more of a rise that is very easily to modify. VT is questionable quality.

SKD makes one similar that also comes with a small detachable rear bag. Check them out
