Since my crystal ball is in the repair shop, this prediction is shaky: Because of the Steel Match at LIPSA on Sunday, expect Saturday to be a little bit busier than a normal Freeport match. Sunday should be a little lighter.

Or I could be completely wrong...

It's been done in the past, but Freeport is not really laid out for the special handling required for long guns. It slows down the pace of the match. Not really sure if it will ever be brought back.

In, as long as I'm not called to go in to work.

Yes. And you can even stay and watch if you like. But if you do, you'll wish you were shooting in it.

That's good to know. I'd like to see what it's all about.

Trust me. Shoot the match. You'll regret it if you don't. After the first stage you will not believe how much fun it is.

Freeport matches are fun and relaxed. A bit different than LIPSA matches, which are also fun. At LIPSA there's a lot more moving around and walking. At Freeport it's a lot less running because of the limited real estate. But easy matches. You pretty much see every shoot shoot the stage. It goes quick though.
