    Exactly.
I was just going to post the same thing.

"The lookout man in the 2013 robbery and shooting of an off-duty cop is now accused of passing a gun to an ex-con in the Bronx, police said Thursday.

Marquis Daniels, 26, who’s on federal probation for his role in the non-fatal shooting of NYPD Officer Juan Pichardo"

Let's think about this; Armed robbery, assault with a deadly weapon and actually shooting a LEO and he gets probation?!!

    WTF?
    Where is the RINO leadership?
The NY state Republicans don't fight gun control because we live in a liberal shithole and "the people
    want it "
You know what else the people want? Violent criminals to go to fucking jail. Even a Fudd or a Bloomturdian can understand that I would think And this was a federal charge?
I guess all the people of America don't want criminals to go to jail..

Nah we don't want laws enforced. We are scum. We just want our law-abiding rights stripped away more and more. Fucking liberal BS crap. These guys are on the street with loaded .44 mags, but we should be punished. When will these Libs wake the fuck up?

Two men busted in Bronx for handing gun back and forth in public

Hasib Sample and Marquis Daniels were seen passing a handgun back and forth before dropping it on the ground when approached by a cop in the Bronx.
The lookout man in the 2013 robbery and shooting of an off-duty cop is now accused of passing a gun to an ex-con in the Bronx, police said Thursday.

Marquis Daniels, 26, who’s on federal probation for his role in the non-fatal shooting of NYPD Officer Juan Pichardo, and Hasib Sample, 27, passed the gun back and forth on E. Tremont Ave. near Firefighters Blvd. in Tremont on Wednesday afternoon, cops said.

A witness spotted the pair in action and called 911. A mom and her 5-year-old son told cops they saw Sample dash into a crowded bus stop and drop the gun, a loaded .44-caliber Magnum Taurus, on a sidewalk in front of them, police sources said.

Sample, 27, who lives in a homeless shelter in Greenpoint, Brooklyn, was out on parole after he was sentenced to nine years behind bars for a 2007 robbery conviction.

He’s charged with criminal weapons possession, reckless endangerment and acting in a manner injurious to a child, officials said.

Daniels, of University Heights, was charged with weapon possession. He was one of four men who tried to hold up Pichardo’s family car-dealership in the Bronx on January 2013.

One of the robbers, Jeffry Okine, tried to bind Pichardo’s hands with twist-ties, but the officer broke free, and in the struggle Okine shot him in the leg, authorities said. Okine was sentenced to 10 years behind bars.

Daniels, who got a three-year sentence and was released in October, walked into the place a half-hour before the robbery, presumably to scope it out, and was later caught in the getaway car, federal prosecutors said.
