I just used it to look up a buddy who retired in 2014, showed what he made in 2017 from his pension.

Edit: Just looked up several guys that retired and their pensions are in there.

hummm?.. You got the right touch then. What you posted is the current result format for a salary in that year. I got the format I posted under pensions from NYC (the rest of the state has names shown) . I've looked it at over the years, not always for NYC police, and it has varied on what it returns and how I can save results. It's a interesting source of info if one only focuses on the top earners, one has to give up any outside life and sleep at (not always on) the job to be on that 1st page. Not worth it to me.

Charges dropped in the fairness of justice. This from Newsday:

Suffolk County prosecutors have dropped a menacing charge against a Huntington attorney accused of pointing a gun at a client during a dispute.
Pierre Bazile, 46, was charged with second-degree menacing in connection with a Jan. 15 altercation inside law offices at 13 E. Carver St. in Huntington.
The firm’s managing attorney, Christopher Cassar, confirmed that the misdemeanor charge was dismissed after appearing Wednesday with Bazile in First District Court in Central Islip.
“We do feel that the Suffolk County district attorney’s office handled this matter professionally and resolved it expeditiously,” Cassar said. “Mr. Bazile can now put this incident behind him and move forward.”
The district attorney’s office said in a statement that while there was probable cause to make the arrest, “as the investigation proceeded, it became clear that there was not sufficient evidence to prove the case beyond a reasonable doubt. As such, a dismissal was in the interest of justice.”
Police at the time said Bazile, who was an NYPD officer for 14 years before becoming an attorney, pulled out a 9 mm handgun at about 12:15 p.m. during an argument with the 32-year-old client and ordered him out of the office.
But Cassar said Bazile only pulled out the gun after the client became aggressive and refused to leave when Bazile asked him to do so.
Cassar said earlier that Bazile pulled out the gun he is licensed to carry and pointed it at the floor with his finger visibly off the trigger, and never aimed it at the client.

What’s the chance one of us would have the same luck drawing and holstered weapon with out your life being in imminent danger of death? How could menacing not be considered? The lawyer had intercoms, could have screamed for help, but chose to pull the Clint Eastwood route and gets away with it.
