NYC is so "progressive" they are going back in time.
They are on their way to the 1970s again.

Time Square is such a perfect example of a microcosm of libtard mental illness it should be studied by anthropologists, and mental health experts.
It was a disgusting shithole until Giuliani cleaned it up. Under Bloomshit it was still good because he still allowed the NYPD to act as a police force and not the Community outreach police.
Then DouchBlasio came in and the social justice warriors under his command set it on the path of shitholery once again

I see no hope for NYC or NYS to ever clean up FOR A GREAT quality of life. Extreme left Liberal policies will destroy it. Cuomo will destroy it. Deblasio will destroy it.
The demographics are to far gone. Plan your escape now. So many nicer placed to live.

The question will not get answered in this case. It just won't be important. The man's crimes are related to the fact that NYC requires a rifle permit with all rifles registered. Then NYC limits the types of rifles based on capacity (5) to a lower standard than NY State. Then, you are limited in that you can only own ammo that you have a permitted rifle for.

This guy is facing so much shit, that he will have to plea to a series of crimes. The issue of the possibly "NY compliant" stock will not mean shit.

If this guy didn't have any rifle permit at all, then he's possibly got 50 different violations going on. This is NYC minting a brand new felon just for the fun of it. This guy should have moved to PA where he would be loved and cherished.

This is why liberals go insane.
They hate guys like this that work for a living, pay taxes and own guns.
They are so happy that they caught him with stuff that's completely legal in most of America and he never used in a criminal fashion.
But he did break NYC bulshit laws. Seems there is no question in that regard.

So now he will become a felon.
Does that mean Cuomo will pardon him and embrace him as a "real" New Yorker?

If they charge him with that particular firearm as an AW because it has a thoresen stock along with the other obviously NYS defined AW and they make him a plea deal ...which he takes... it would give a certain amount of legal president that the thoreson stock is a feature .... the guy would be conceding or stipulating that that the firearm is an AW because of the thorsen stock....

I’m waiting for them to find out that all the guns are legal (may not be legally owned in NYC) and that most of them were airsoft.

That would be the end of the news it would get buried. They want to TAKE away ALL guns in this State and won't stop period. Just work...follow all there rules and PAY BIG money to live here. If you could afford guns you have to much money that's money they want from you.

I suspect the webcrims search I did located the correct person ( Keith Harvey age 44 arrested in Queens)..It showed an arrest earlier this year for menacing and Harassment... HMMMM.... that is an indication to me ..he had an incident with a person and they ratted him out.... I believe this because the cases are now linked...... further....... If I was not mistaken ... I saw 4 firearms in the picture that I would say were pretty obvious to be NYS defined AWs...and 2 firearms with a Thoresen stock... and it looks like to me he was charged with 4 counts of possessing an AW.....among a slew of other charges .. SOOOOO.... it appears they did NOT charge the firearms that had the Thoresen stock..as AW ..
