I drove by around 7:00pm and police had a guy in cuffs on the curb on Bellmore Ave across from the library and the whole front of the beverage center on Newbridge was taped off with multiple police cars. My wife just got home and said that she heard from a friend that a few people were shot, possibly the owner and one or two others. Has anyone heard anything?

My wife just called a friend, the owner may have shot one of the 3 or 4 robbers. 2 have been apprehended, a third may be in North Merrick.Ben -
