Hey dont get me wrong i do agree but not sure that a crow hop punch to the jaw while the guy is on all fours surrendering with a gun drawn on him is very "fair"

He surrendered, the cops should of arrested him and that's it. Cowardly act by the police. Especially by the cop who got a running start it hit him with his club while he was lying on the ground.
it looks like of the 5 officers, the green shirted and light blue shirted let their emotions / adrenaline get the best of them.

Completely agree. They were looking to toss a beat down as they were walking up.
On a side note, It angers me that your avatar is not full size. In fact it should be extra large.

just FTR as much as i think the guy deserves a beat down, sometime you dont always get what you deserve (good or bad)

I wonder if he thought crossing into New Hampshire would mean he could Live Free or Die? Of course the guy "technically" didn't deserve a beat down, while surrendering. He did create a multi-state chase in which any innocent people in other vehicles, or pedestrians could have been severely injured, and of course any of the LEO in that chase could have been injured. The guy had a rap sheet with assault and other violent crimes, and what we don't know is what he was saying when he was down on all fours. He could have been threatening the officers, saying stupid crap like "I'm going to kill you f'ing pigs," etc. I know it looks bad, and I tried to see if he made any effort to reach for one of those guys weapons, but I couldn't see it. The film is compelling, and they look bad. Probably just administrative leave, and the scumbag perp gets a payday for his criminal conduct.
On another note, I wonder how much that TV station gets paid to have two Apple Laptops visible on the desk...LOL

I get that they let their adrenaline get the best of them, but all they accomplished was getting this tool a sweet lawsuit a reduced sentence and chucked their careers down the toilet and or prison for an asshole.
It was white on white. This will fade instantly. Unfortunately a few cracks to the jaw will probably end up being the worst this thug faces in our pathetic justice system.
And I don't know what you guys saw, but I saw a carer criminal with a history of endangering the public resisting arrest.
uuummmm willingly surrendered ? that would have happened long before he crossed state lines, not saying smacking the pos while he is down is right but that guy is no angel and deserved a little tune up, knee to the back smush face into ground you know light hearted tune up maybe stand on his hands to assit the cuffing/ pat down
$20, if he had pulled over, and not had a chase involving 2 sets of state police from 2 states. He'd never been beat. Yeah, he earned his lumps. I would turn a blind eye to it. He put every officer and civilian on the road in danger.
