OK, time to empanel the LIGC jury. I see a POS with a chronic disease (other than pedaphelia) who experienced what many do...too eff'in bad.
He says he wears a size 15 shoe but they had him wearing size 9's? I call bullshit on that too. My feet are 13's and I couldn't wear an 11, even painfully. No way this guy wore shoes 6 sizes too small.

I predict a win for the pervert. Ill fitting footwear, in the presence of a diabetic foot, is a guarantee of tissue damage. Ill fitting shoes (in this case shower slippers) can cause blistering and cuts. The diabetic nueropathy interferes with sensation, so that any compromise of the skin due to micro abrasions or tears goes undetected. These openings for infections, which, with the dubious sugar control, lead to a quick loss of the toes. The staff was obligated to accommodate his condition, unfortunately.
