There is an obvious pattern to these mass murderers. They always go after soft targets.
I think they primarily seek soft targets because they are cowards. The secondary benefit is that they increase the likelihood of a large kill before they are killed.
There is a simple solution to this problem. Enforce the laws which exist, instead of restricting the rights of the law-abiding.
