I see the front sight is mounted on the barrel? That would create a lot of problems, mainly the fiber optic rod melting from the heat of the barrel. I know on my limited gun, the front fiber optic will eventually shrink from the heat of shooting a match in the heat of the Summer. And that sight is on the slide, let alone the barrel.
Plus, the way the slide is cut open on the top, may be considered a slide cut, and not allowed in the single stack division of USPSA competition. Has the gun been declared single stack legal?

No, it isn't intended for USPSA Single Stack. The full length dust cover and sight tracker excludes it from that. That wasn't the intended purpose of the pistol. It was to offer Apeiro features for those who wish to avoid 2011 magazine headaches. It especially works for those in states with magazine restrictions. So it is a single stack version of the 2011 Apeiro and like the original it would be legal for L10.

Sight tracker barrels have been around for years. The FO life may be shorter that doesn't seem to be a major issue.
