Kicking off tonight with a 2021 limited run Lagavulin Offerman Edition, finished in Guinness casks. I donāt usually go for the Islays as the peat usually makes it too smoky, but I am an offerman and Guinness fan and found this in a hole in the wall spot in patchogue so I grabbed a bottle. Itās really really good. Iām drinking it in my āpromoted to uncle glassā as I will be a first time uncle come September and am very excited about it.You do not have permission to view this gallery.

Another Balvenie tonight. I am a Macallan man but this is quickly becoming my favorite distillery. Theyāre not overly complex but they are all great sippers. I wonāt pretend to be one of those guys with the crazy palate that can pick out 50 different notes (most of which I think is bullshit lol) but you can definitely taste the oak influence in this. I like the double wood and Carribean cask much better. You do not have permission to view this gallery.
