      Lol... Glad you now understand how the whole tire/rim/valve thing works, still can't believe that on an asymmetric tread tire, they managed to mount 1 wrong. BTW- 30 year ASE Certified Master Auto/Truck/Heavy truck/ Bus technician
      Take a young person shooting.... Take 2 or more if you can...

            The tires are marked “outside” on the outer sidewall. Maybe the mechanic figured the bay door was open and that was close enough?

                            it shoud be exact but in a pinch a 1/2" hammer drill will work
