It's possible that Jay being in the seat made it slightly more prone to roll; but, in all honesty after watching it, he was going about twice as fast as he should have been for that turn in that car. Not to mention the bumps majorly unsettled the suspension immediately prior to the turn. Also, pay attention to Jay's arm during the rollover. He nearly lost it because it almost went out the window, and missed being crushed by the car by inches and fractions of a second.
