    Jeep Wrangler Unlimited

My son is looking to purchase a new or certified pre-owned Jeep Wrangler Unlimited, his lease is up on a two door next month and he wants to buy a new four door one. Anyone know of a good dealership to go too?

We bought a 2016 JKU Sport S model just a few months ago at East Hills Jeep. We were very happy with a salesman named Sid. He was informative and patient. They wound up giving us 1.79% on 6 years.
If you look around you may find they retain so much of their value that you don't save much getting a used one. Ordering one allowed us to pick and choose what we wanted. 3.73 gear ratio and supplemental side airbags for example.

We went to Westbury Jeep and they kept us waiting a long time before we could get a sales rep. so we left. Garden City Jeep was set up as if management didn't trust the sales reps. None of them had computer stations. They had to stand on line and wait at a counter for answers to your questions. East Hills was by far the nicest experience. Not pushy and we rarely had to wait at all.

          You should check Security Dodge.

I agree, it seems Wranglers hold their value and purchasing a certified pre-owned isn't going to save much and I believe I have only seen one for sale.

How much did they come down from MSRP?

i'll check on that and get back to you tomorrow.

ASAP.... Go to Jeep's site and request brochures on the Wrangler. They periodically mail out "golden tickets". It's a $500 discount for your next purchase. It'll have your name and an expiration date. That discount is regardless of your negotiations with the dealer. It comes from corporate.

Bought my son a RAM a couple of months ago from GC Jeep. They tried to pull a serious bait and switch on me. I guess many of their customers do not deal with contracts and don't know. I stormed out threatening that my next calls would be to Nassau DA and Consumer Affairs. I made quite a stink on the way out and told every customer in the place that they couldn't be trusted. They called me 15 mins later and honored the original deal. Maybe I woudl buy from them again but I sure as shit wouldn't trust them. GC Jeep and Westbury Jeep are owned by the same people.

Join Tread Lightly. at the $100 level. It then as a member gets you 1% below factory invoice.

it was $2k off the MSRP after my additions etc. Not including the $500 off golden ticket. This was a custom order. I don't know if they're more generous with stuff they already have in inventory.
Also, keep in mind we bought a Sport S, not a higher priced model.
