Portable Garage Zoning in Brookhaven

I know you can't install a shed on what's considered the "side yard" of your property in Brookhaven, but what's the regulation in regards to a portable shed (ie: a Shelterlogic)? I couldn't find anything online about it and I'm too lazy to call them to find out.

If it is portable I dont think you will have a problem

Some of my neighbors can be pricks... and I think one even owns a gun.

I wanted one that was sub fence line, but I couldn't find that size anywhere.

I had a portable garage, it was great, until we got all that vicious wind and rain a month or so ago. Even though it was bolted down, the thing got mangled.

The new house in "Not New York" will have an actual garage... I just need something to keep the mower / snowblower / yard tools in temporarily since my actual shed is falling apart. It will be rebuilt better, stronger and bigger this summer.
