Help Wanted: Coworker has some odds and ends he wants done around his house in Dix Hills.

Colleague needs some minor work done at his house:

    1. He needs the remains of a tree (hard wood - think it's oak based on the pictures I saw) - it's cut into lengths but not split yet. Wants this moved from back yard to front so he can put an add on craigslist to come and take it. It needs to be split but it's been cut down for over a year. It's probably 100-150ft (what he says) move from back to front. If you want the wood, it's yours.

    2. Small pile of vinyl siding needs to be moved from yard to the curb

    3. Fire Pit - whoever installed it, filled the entire pit with crushed blue stone so he wants it dug out a bit so the fire is actually in the pit and not level with the top of the pit.

Not sure what he would pay and it's probably not that much work.....he's just not the type to do it and I have enough crap to do at my own house and couldn't get paid enough off this job to make it worth my while.

If anyone knows anyone reliable and would looking to make a few bucks for a couple hours of work, let me know.

        Good luck with that.
        I've tried for years.

I told him he don't want a day laborer at his house. Great idea with the HS kid......I've tried that in the past and none exist apparently.......or they just don't want to work.
