    Ice baths

We all want our creature comforts; one of them is warmth. It can breed a lack of temperance for the cold. I've had a hot tub for 37 years and a sauna for 20. I love therapeutic heat. Now i am starting to like therapeutic cold. I put a 100 gallon feed trough in my yard, and started going in it during the winter. It is a mental exercise. As David Goggins said: "Dreams die in the cold." Shocking cold raises dopamine levels more that cocaine and lasts much longer. My overall pain and soreness in my body has decreased remarkably, energy has increased. There is a temporary side affect...massive shrinkage! Resized_20230422_071241.jpg

Mike Glover talks about ending a shower with cold water. I've tried it but damn, its hard. I can't take more than a few seconds of cool water at that.

Isn’t there a risk of heart attack from the thermal shock?

My penis size is already below average. I can’t afford to loose anymore

Just score a 210 at Appleseed, I got one for free, hahaha. It didn't help with muscle soreness though...by the time I got home everything tightened up during the car ride, felt like a 95 year old covered in range dust so I guess that officially makes me a dirty old man.

I've never taken cocaine and I don;t ever plan on it.
Pretty much the same way I feel about pouring ice cubes in my tub.
Although I'd rather do that than drugs
