      I wonder how many they fingerprint a day. I know when I got my license a few years ago, they went through their little book and i only saw 2 people per day. If they were to do more than that, the wait wouldn't be 1 year. Its ridiculous.

        Do you get fingerprinted from the same folks that fingerprint people that got arrested?

          Me too. 9yrs ago, before any online system. I waited over 9mths before a lawyer on the canadian forum sent a 78 letter on my behalf. Wasn't too long afterwards I got my permit.

              Like everything else, the criminal class gets printed for free. We have to wait a year and PAY about 100-bucks for the privilege. Think on that!
