Age to buy a long gun in nys

Does not include stripped lowers, shockwaves or pistol grip shotguns if the gun was shipped from the manufacturer in the pistol grip configuration
(other firearm). Those are 21.

Is nys law still 18 to buy a long gun or did it change to 21?
