CT & FL License timeframe

Anyone know how long it normally takes to get CT & FL out of state license after paperwork is sent in?

I have florida (resident) . It took about 5-6 weeks

Fl was about 6 weeks. You can check your FL status online.

My FL took 10 weeks but it was early last year and they said they were very backed up then (As Steve said, they have the tracking site which is pretty good).

I sent in my CT 3 weeks ago, so I will have a better estimate on that timeline once I get it.

Florida was 5-6 weeks and the online site is really nice. If its available now (which it was not when I got mine) do NOT do electronic fingerprints. The old-school is faster.

Connecticut kicked my prints back after ~2 months and I needed to get re-printed. Once that happened I had it in my hand in 3 weeks.

Both were easy.

I had to irder the FL print cards, have them shipped to me. I got my prints don't at the local Precinct (can't remember the cost). The whole thing was a breeze, when compared to Suffolk.

I don't really remember how fast Connecticut took, but my renewal came less than a week after mailing my check.
