He said the incoming sheriff is like minded. I renewed not long ago and it was just as usual. No problem.
Bryan Sampsel was elected after Denny Nau retired. I spent about an hour w Bryan a few years ago when I last renewed there. Super nice guy, very 2A friendly and accessible.
Of course the old LI fail safe...showing up with bagels for the office doesn’t hurt. The ladies who do the physical licensing are nothing but pleasant and usually get you out the door w new license in hand in about 20 minutes. The best $20 you can spend 👍

Was your current license a Wayne County issued license or Centre?

Probably heading over next week. It was already mid morning, and short week figure they are closed Friday as well. I’m out in mid Suffolk timing kinda sucked.

I didn’t see a Bell. I was in and out, on a mission. Beautiful country.

I guess most are on a mission...to get in and out. But if you want to make it a day trip, anything to do see in town? Places to eat, gun stores, shooting ranges.....oops there I go again!

Lieutenant: Ever heard of the Sullivan Act?
Nora Charles: Oh, that's all right, we're married.

I tried to make a day out of it. That got the kibosh after wife said she would not take drive with me the night before 🤷‍♂️.
