PLB called my wife a few days ago

* Early Dec 2015 - Submitted paperwork
* End of March 2016 - Interview
* Early / Mid Aug 2016 - PLB left a voicemail on the home answering machine, asking for my wife.
* Early / Mid Aug 2016 - Wife calls back the PLB and tells them everything is ok.

.... it sounds like the wheels are starting to turn.

Yes, unless she threw you under the bus you should have it about 1 week from that call. Congrats!

They mailed mine. That was October 2013.
