The “information world” is getting smaller, instead of bigger.

The internet used to be a healthy source of non-mainstream information.

However, the Google search engine is now politically biased, and it is now much harder to obtain information which differs from the mainstream media.

Considering each major news outlet (both TV and radio) seem to air the exact same headline stories at the exact same time and in the exact same sequence it makes me think the problem is even worse than described.
Exercise the Bill of Rights. It's good for your Constitution.

In my opinion there are two things Bill Clinton made one of the worst decisions in the last 50 years. One is NAFTA, the other is Title 3 of the Telecommunications Act of 1996. This is what created all of this. Cross media ownership.
