How is the shop to know the mother had someone like Adam at home?
How is the NICS system to know?

How is the car dealership to know that they're selling the car to the relative of an alcoholic who might steal it?

The real question is, why are there no repercussions for such outrageous court decisions?

My point exactly, they cannot. The accuser's argument is therefore null and void. MY fear is that no one in the courts (or future jury) has the balls to look these poor parents, who lost children, in the eye and tell them no.

Trying finding out now is almost impossible as you can’t find anything about that anymore. I’d like to read the coroner report of what bullets were exactly used unless those have been buried as well.

Anyone else recall he used handguns and not the AR or am I just losing my mind?
It was said but the MSM was so foaming at the mouth over it the truth is lost somewhere.
I am not armed out of fear of who's in front of me.
I am armed out of love of those behind me.

Believe it never came out. IIRC was off record "iniside" info leaked by cops on the scene that a pistol was used and not a rifle. Wouldn't surprise me that the swept that tidbit of info under the rug similar to the Vegas shooting......anyone else catching on what's going on here?

But assaulting a pregnant woman such that the baby dies is not murder.

I don't see any guilty verdict these CT zealots come to ever sticking in appeals. The only winners here are gonna be the attorneys racking up the fees.

My wife and I saw the same news report on NBC the night of the shooting. The following morning the same officer (with the Smokey hat) said it was an assault rifle. I called my wife to the tv and we could not believe it. And she doesn’t even like guns.
I have someone on my job from CT and he is a volunteer EMT. He was not there but he said coworkers of his who were said the floors were littered with handgun casings and no rifle casings.
                Very strange.
Give peace a chance, I'll cover you in case that doesn't work out.

Why do you think they demolished the school? Just like Waco.

I thought it was a Saiga 12 in the trunk of Lanza's car. Sue everybody! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QhjBlPucpd0

Grieving parents and families who went through something unimaginable. I see this as squarely a political gimmick coupled with a grab for a massive payout by some bottom crawling lawyers. The CT court should be ashamed (censured? I dunno, I’m not a lawyer) for propping up a shitty election year, anti gun gimmick at the expense of those families.

Didn’t he steal these guns from his mother, they weren’t even his

                            I remeber thattoo.
I said to my girlfriend "WTF"
                            I took a 9mm, a 45 and a 5.56 cartridge and laid them on the floor.
                            About 10 feet away.
                            I said look at that?
Can you possibly confuse the 2 hand gun cartridges from the 5.56?
She said they are totally different.
How could police make that " mistake"?

I have come to the firm conclusion that the leftist North east corridor is lost; New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Rhode Island and Massachusetts are AINO (America in name only). I detest leftists/liberals/Democrats/Socialists more and more each day. We should play their game and file a class-action suit against NY and Gov. Cumohole Cuomo; his SAFE Act hurt my feelings and he and the legislature should have know they were going to hurt peoples feelings when they passed their law. And since its feelings that matter these days, mine hurt.
