Not so fast for the Skeloses

The scheming Skeloses may avoid serving time if a case winding through the Supreme Court has a favorable ruling for the diabolical duo. The federal judge who sentenced them to 5+ years, refused to set a surrender date until she receives briefs on a bail hearing due to the pending ruling. If the Supreme Court rules the corruption laws on another case were interpreted too broadly, it could cause the Skeloses conviction to be reversed. So. I guess crime may pay after all. More to come.

well I wrote a letter not in favor of that pos, got the ussuall bs letter from Kimba Wood, is it time to write another letter to the liberal judge about how many man hours and public trust will be wasted if those two walk because another liberal judge thinks a ruling was to " broad " she all ready handed them a light ruling 5 yrs for daddy and 6 1/2 for jr why not go for what Preet asked for and send a real message, oh and so you lose your pension while in the slammer but as soon as your 5 yrs are up your fine will have been paid and you get to pass go and collect again, fucking system is rigged for the elite not us commoners

Obviously the Judge needs to understand that the corruption laws are written on paper that makes them a "living breathing document"
