Sen. Espaillat Wants SAFE Act Ammunition Database to be a Top Priority

Today, during Lt. Colonel Beach's confirmation proceedings, to become the next Superintendent of Police State, Senator Adriano Espaillat asked if he would make getting the SAFE Act ammunition database up and running a top priority.

"Thank for your service to this state and nation Lt. Colonel Beach, and for once again answering the call to public service. I wrote to the search committee tasked with selecting the next Superintendent of the State Police requesting they select someone fully committed to getting the SAFE Act ammunition database up and running as soon as possible. At this moment in our history, when gun violence grips our nation with one tragedy after another, it is pivotal that the State Police have every tool available to prevent gun violence. It has been over three years since we passed the SAFE Act and we proudly enacted the nation’s toughest gun laws in New York. I believe the next Superintendent of Police should make finding a way to get this database a top priority. Will you make getting the database up and running a priority?," asked Senator Adriano Espaillat.

What a douche. There are so many things more important than an ammo database, like for example...indicting the Governor and the Mayor of NYC for corruption.

Long-ass loaded question. Did the article really say "Superintendent of Police State"?

1- Since you are full of shit anyway, pretend to care about something that would actually benefit your constituency. Maybe literacy, vocational training, lessons in core ethical values, family planning, not being criminals.
2- Get the marbles out of your mouth
3- You are an embarrassment to all NY'ers
4- Keep pushing SAFE, it's blood on your hands

            Too bad it wasn't funded.

Shocked. I'm shocked that a New York State police senior official is a politician.

( That's sarcasm btw. I'm niot shocked at all)

The Senator who would be King.
Monarchs would say to their subjects "I want this done!" whether it was fighting a war or building a castle, and leave someone else to figure out the details and do the work.
So does this pile of overinflated ego.
