Did your ancestors arrive in the US pre or post slavery?

Since the libs/BLM crowd want whites apologize and make reparations for systemic racism based on slavery, I was wondering how many people's ancestors actually lived in the US during the time of slavery. I know mine didnt. My great gandparents came over from Germany and Ireland, long after the civil war. Many of my friend's parents came over themselves or are first generation Americans. So I did a little Google-fu and apparently the US population at the time of the civil war about 31 million, about 300 million less than right now. Then figure in that part of the population was against slavery to begin with. Then try to figure in how many pro-slave people the anti-slave people killed. How many actual descendants of slave owners do you think there actually are in the country? Also curious what percentage of the black population are actual descendants of US slavery, and what percentage immigrated here since.

Post. I guess I don't owe anyone an apology. Good thing too because it was keeping me up at night.

Post......and how many times do they need payment for the same fucking thing! Not to mention, white folks weren't the only ones with slaves.....just saying.

Shouldn't we be charging a freedom fee?

                  both.....

And if you go back say.... 7 generations. That means what? You got 128 great great great great grand whatevers? So I have these 3 questions for those that demand reparations.

Out of the 128 people that contributed to your creation that were from the civil war era.

                  1. How many were actually slaves?

                  2. How many were slave owners?

                  3. How many lived a life, no better, no worse, than everybody else?

I'm about as cracker as cracker gets. Out of a shitpile of people I'm sure I could find somebody that was wronged.

Pre Civil War and my Great-Great Grandfather fought for the Union in many of the battles so therefore I'm going to send a bill to the NAACP, BLM and the rest of those scumbags for services rendered in freeing their ancestors asses.

My fathers side cam into the US in the 1600's, they settled Kentucky. Yes my grandfather's grandfather owned slaves. He must have been so bad to them that after they were freed they never left. My grandfather's very good friend Mr Willie's (his last name) grandfather was owned by my Grand father's grandfather. The families have worked together raising and handling thorobred horses for ages. I owe nothing. Besides I believe the over 100,000 men that died in the Civil War paid that debt anyway

Back in the days I was dating a girl, who's family arrived on Mayflower. It was certified by some government papers with archival documents. First certification her family made in 1905, I think.

That person didn't have a last name, only a first name.

This is an exercise in futility. BLM etc don't give a damn when your family came here. As far as they're concerned, you enjoy the benefits of a society built on slavery so you must share in the guilt.
Never mind all the wealthy black entertainers, professional athletes etc. You're white so you suck. F them.
Exercise the Bill of Rights. It's good for your Constitution.
