I bet this was Putin's reaction when he found out the genius European leaders threatened to have him arrested.

Calling him nasty names (war criminal) is to be expected. They have the choice of spending their money to help their Ukrainian neighbors, right up against their own borders, in def4nse of their own countries, or they can just call him nasty names for free while the US pays for more then half of all aid to Ukraine's defense. This way the can pretend to be involved and committed.

Let's see all the European countries (other than Germany and now Poland) step up, put all their resources into stopping Putin before coming to us for help. They can solve this without us, but they'd rather just issue proclamations.
