Any good Memorial Day sales on AR 15 parts?

I have two Anderson lowers that I want to start building out. I figure I might be able to find some decent Memorial Day sales. Anyone know of places that are having good sales?

What is the usual process order for a build?

I have the lowers and I assume I need to get a lower parts kit next. What should Be the next step?

I want to take my time with the build.

Certainly more experienced people than me on here, but you will need a stripped upper (or you can buy a complete upper and be done), BCG, Upper parts kits (fwd assist, dust cover, etc), Rear stock and buffer tube/spring, barrel, barrel nut/washer, handguard, if you're using an optic, then you'll probably want some flip up sites as well.

how is the quality on these?

I bought one the other week. They are fine. I did get there enhanced trigger then I added a set of Jp springs and did the trigger mod. I just like a nice light smooth single stage trigger.
