Damn, im interested now. Very curious what kind of accuracy youd get from it.

Fwiw, thats closer to a $10k rifle by the time you add glass, mounts, bipod, and mags

Checkout some of the builds by Noreen Firearms. Their 30-06 build is pretty sweet...

Noreen BN36 Long Range 30-06 is the new age target version of the old M1 Garand in 30-06 Springfield, 270 Winchester, 25-06 Remington and 300 Winchester Mag

Based on some research people are getting great accuracy over 1k yrds

I'd really be curious if a carbon fiber barrel will hold its group after 2 or 3 shots. That round will heat up a barrel real fast.

That doesnt really tell me anything.

I want hard number, 10 round, groups and some sort reassurance from the mfg on accuracy. Esp when you start getting into that sort of money, it puts you in the ballpark of some outstanding hand built, competition winning, bolt guns.

Your comparing apples to oranges. Someone in the market for a precision bolt gun wouldnt be looking at this.

1/4 MOA at 500yrds with a Semi auto that will weigh less than 15lbs loaded with glass seems good to me.

Your 7500$ bolt gun will prolly be closer to 25lbs

Wasnt saying they covered the same market, however for the price range, itd feel a whole lot better if the mfg had accuracy claims and stood behind them.

To each is own, ive been happy as a pig in shit with my 8.5# (stripped) GAP non typical. (apples and oranges, but the rifle will shoot like a mf for <$6k with glass)
            Working...
