Need a recommendation for a new front sight tool. I have new LWRC sights on my AR, and the ears are just a bit too long to let my good old Brownells sight tool depress the detent deep enough to rotate the sight post. The knob of the tool hits the ears of the sight. Tried a tip of a round, but was not able to get a good enough angle on it to turn it. It just beat up the tip of the projectile. It's a new (re)build, and I had a long way to go.
I found an NC Star tool in my stash, that I don't even remember buying. It's slim enough to do the job, but seems to be of their normal questionable quality.
Any suggestions for a better one?
