You will not get anything definitive from Das State as to what is legal or not. There was a sizable (Dark) shit storm a couple of months ago about pushing the State for an answer.
You will not get an answer in writing about the Spur, Thordsen, Monster Man, or anything else. You'll get 1000+ "interpretations", but until someone gets jammed up, and it goes to court and a decision is made, that is all you are going to get.Steve
