    Need advice on rings?

    Hi All,

I have a FN FNAR and bot a Vortex HST 6-24X50 scope for it, I need high rings for it. Can anyone recommend a set of rings for under $100, I think the base is steel. I had tried some cheap ass UTG Med rings and they cleared the rail by a millimeter so I fig I should get the high ones.

    Any suggestions?

    Thanks

NP. Contrary to rumor, we're pretty good like that.
In case you missed the link in the thread I directed you to, some good info here as well:

None. I did put a second set of those Leupolds on a 10/22, and they've been fine. Now I always undertorque, and see if it moves. Did that second set of Loopys to 12 in/lb with friction tape.
